De Paul High School, Karivena, established in 1989 in the serene village of Karivena, Atmakur, stands today as a beacon of learning, discipline, and excellence. From modest beginnings, the institution has grown steadily and remarkably, rising to become one of the most respected and esteemed schools in the district.

 Rooted in the State Syllabus and offering education from Kindergarten to Standard X, the school opens its doors to all—irrespective of religion, caste, or community—upholding the values of equality, harmony, and mutual respect. The school proudly bears the name of St. Vincent de Paul, the great 17th-century visionary born in 1581 at Pouy, France. Through his boundless compassion and unwavering dedication, he transformed society by uplifting the poor, the marginalized, and the forgotten. His life of humility, service, and charity continues to inspire generations across the world. 

Inspired by his noble mission, the Vincentian Congregation was founded in 1904 at Thottakom, Kerala, by Very Rev. Fr. Varkey Kattarath. Since then, the Congregation has expanded its presence across the globe through its three Provinces—Marymatha Province, St. Joseph Province, and St. Thomas Province—rendering dedicated service in the fields of education, social upliftment, and humanitarian outreach.

De Paul English Medium High School is owned and administered by the De Paul Educational Charitable Society of the Marymatha Province of the Vincentian Congregation. As a religious minority educational institution, it enjoys the rights and privileges guaranteed by the Constitution of India. The Management, through its schools and colleges across the country, remains steadfast in its mission of providing quality education blended with strong moral values, while also carrying forward numerous social service programs for the betterment of society.
